1) Ensure early visibility of the project and that sponsors, stakeholders and team members are all aligned.
2) Ensure that project plans have clear ownership. Adhere to relevant and tailored processes for the given project.
3) Ensure that communication plan is set-up much ahead during the initiation stage. Focus on effective communication channels and approach throughout the project lifecycle.
4) Ensure early visibility of high-level risks right from the initiation stage and manage risks throughout the project life cycle.
5) Ensure that quality is adhered to for all the deliverables. Keep an eye on the quality of delivery throughout the project.
